I heard a rumor and wondered...
if it's true. That a sitting president cannot be impeached during wartime. I hope this is not true. Does anyone here know? Thanks in advance.

And then I go on to wonder where *he* got it. I'm so paranoid that I wouldn't rule out rumors started at the top, out of fear. Anybody else hear this rumor? (I haven't, but I'm not social and have few relatives, so I don't count.... ;) )
