A Commander In Chief who's never even been in a war zone.

Advisors who are theorists rather than having any relevant experience of their own.

People testing out far-out theories rather than tried and true military tactics shouldn't be telling the generals what to do and how to do it.

Generals who tell these people "that won't work" shouldn't be fired or reassigned for telling it like it is.

Those Commanders In Chief that do these things are, literally, playing army with real soldiers. Which is completely screwed up, no matter HOW you parse it out.
