Nora O'D Interviewed Sen. Gordon Smith - Just Ended
He's continuing to assert that he has a disagreement with W. Making all of Baghdad a "green zone" won't happen. And we can't wait for the Iraqis to stand up before we stand down.
Smith wishes W well in the war on terror but at the "end of the day if you can't speak up you might as well go home".
Way to go Smith. Better late than never and thank you for standing your ground today.
And the interview with the mother of a fallen soldier was excellent. The mom was so gentle. Families of fallen soldiers don't necessarily want more troops sent in either.
3. Then she interveiewed a woman named Rosemary Palmer
who had lost a son in Iraq. This woman was incredible and told Nora that when * says that leaving would not honor the deaths of those who had served, it makes not sense. It only becomes a way to expand the game, and that the argument of a death to honor a death just doesn't fly.
