What *really* happened with the first Majority Leader Ballot

Looks like they forgot Puerto Rico's non-voting representative to the house can vote in the Majority Leader ballot. Hence the extra ballot.

can't be trusted to count votes.

And isn't it interesting that it was Puerto Rico that got overlooked?!

5. I don't buy that excuse.
Too easy to catch the mistake. That would make the first vote valid and they would not have had to announce to the world that there was voting problems that required a revote. Even repugs are not that dumb.
