Bush can take a crap in the center aisle of Congress if he wants...
There's nothing they can do about it. He can drop a nuclear bomb on Iran if he chooses, Congress can do nothing about it. He can have the secret Service arrest Harry Reed and Nancy Pelosi and there is not a damn thing they can do about it. He can hold the Constitution above his head and set it on fire with a Bic and no one can do anything. He can break any law that is on the books and nothing can be done. because he is El Presidente. He is above the law. So why even discuss the matter?

1. pretty much so far - dems are avoiding the real issue here
bush's violation of the constitution is the only issue worth dealing with. deal with that, and all other issues will
resolve themselves in their own order and time.

2. You have stolen my Thunder Kentuck
you are right on; this fuckin idiot CAN do anything he wants to and who will stand up to stop him? there is not one person who will say NO- this far and no farther. The Congress won't; the stupid timid sheeple won't - they are too busy watching shower fixtures being blown up in that disaster we call Flordia; or too busy smelling the rotten egg air in NYC which was probably a black ops test to see how the wind would carry shit around New York; the Courts are his best friend and the military if they ever were going to do anything have long since wet their pants. And let's not forget the scum sucking media, whores all of them.

And now the crazyman is bombing Somilia under the guise of killing Al Qaeda - and what is the reaction? HO HUM>>>>>>

Next the nukes will be falling on Iran and then we can all kiss our asses goodbye.

As KO says, good night and very freaking good luck.

3. He does, daily.
He shits on the entire country, then wipes his patrician ass with the Constitution.

4. Looks like that is what he's been doing for years.
Who's going to stop him? This new Congress? He doesn't give a shit about anyone or anything but what his 'handlers' tell him.

6. Isn't that the way it is with every president (uh, exec.) ....
The people always have only two choices as far as foreign affairs:
Take away the money or impeach.

...O...

9. If Bush believes he can get away with anything, he wouldn't have hired the dream-team lawyers
to attempt to keep the investigations from coming back and biting him in the ass

testimony under oath, hard evidence, investigations that were denied for 5 years
Bush needs another 9-11 to get him out of this Iraq mess, unfortunately, he may have found it by selling the freeple on Nuking Iran. In any event, something big is going to break within 14 days.

10. Impeachment and removal are the sole means whereby Congress can ...
... overturn an executive run amok, under the Constitution. Foreswearing that, Congress has abdicated its duty to the People for the sake of total political cowardice - posturing from the relative 'safety' of being millionaires, almost every one of them.
