You can get rid of much of the deficit by just getting rid of *'s tax cuts and the war spending.

I just had a surplus of 117 billion by cutting the tax cuts, eliminating the iraq war, reducing the military budget by half and increasing veterans and social spending by 20%

Total corporate tax breaks ~50 billion.
That, and cut the tax cuts and you can raise all the good stuff by large percentages and still have a healthy surplus. Surprise, surprise.

6. I got us back to a surplus
By cutting Iraq/Afghanistan by 70% (gotta leave enough to bring 'em home), cutting corporate welfare by 70%, and eliminating the * "soak the poor" tax cuts.
