Oops, I meant Taco Bell Arena (or "Taco Ballerina", as it is called by some) at Boise State University.

1,500 tickets for Boise State ballroom sold out in 10 minutes; former vice president will speak on global warming

Boise State University has moved former Vice President Al Gore's speech to the Taco Bell Arena after about 1,500 tickets for the event, formerly planned for a ballroom in the student center, were sold or given away in 10 minutes.

The speech, the keynote to a conference sponsored by BSU's Frank Church Institute, is titled, "Global Warming: Beyond the Inconvenient Truth." It's scheduled for 7 p.m. Jan. 22.

Gore, who ran for president in 2000, has long studied global climate change and has advocated for changing environmental policy.
