7. It means that companies which provide internet service,

...such as AT&T, need to deliver the data from different websites to their customers without discriminating.

They can't tell "Google," give us a million bucks, and we'll make the data which goes from your website get to our customers faster and data from "Democratic Underground" and the rest get to our customers slower.

Here is a website about "Net Neutrality:"

5. I think they're doing just fine
After all, first they have to reform Congress, changing the rules so the unchecked corruption of the last 12 years won't be repeated. Second, they have to start passing a domestic agenda that will undo the worst excesses of the corrupt GOP Congress of the past 12 years.

When Stupid vetoes the overturn of the worst parts of the GOP agenda, they will need to start hearings.

I'm sorry, but our own problems are much more pressing. The Marianas reform will have to happen THERE, and will have to be as a result of the massive Congressional corruption that caused all the problems being investigated and dragged out into the open.

In other words, they'll get to it when they get to it. Our survival as a country is more important right now.
