Post Your New Year's Resolutions Here
Edited on Fri Jan-05-07 01:45 AM by Cronus Protagonist
Mine are (in random order):

1/ To generate rivers of money flowing into my bank account.
2/ To be able to recall everything and anything that I've read whenever I want to.
3/ To learn 24 songs from memory to play on my guitar.
4/ To make a huge difference in the world for one disadvantaged family
5/ To handle my finances properly such that I have no financial problems.
6/ To remove all clutter from my life.
7/ To have more fun than I've ever had before.
8/ To generate, foster and nurture love in my life and the lives of others.

I wish I had ten because that would be what people would expect, but I only have eight, so deal :P

What are your New Year's Resolutions this year?

(on edit - perhaps I should have added the capability to proofread better)

2. I wonder how old you are because I can so relate to #2!
 And 4, and 6! The rest I hope I'm old enough to play by ear.

3. These aren't new issues for me
I've always had a terrible memory, it seems I have to force something in or I can't recall it. It made college extra hard for me despite not lacking in intelligence. And I can never remember the words or the chord structure of songs, but I want to :P I can play perfectly with the music in front of me to remind me of the structure, but take the music away and I can't remember what chord I'm PLAYING :)

4. But you are a kind soul, and that's more attractive than anything else.
You've compiled a nice list, too. Thanks. :)

5. Sorry ....
My New Year's Resolution, (several years ago) was to never make a New Year's Resolution again.

I am happy to say, it is the one resolution I have been able to keep with perfect success. It feels rather good and I have no intention of breaking it.

7. Actually...
You mean to say you're going to continue on with the same resolution you've been keeping for years. Good for you, for that is surely a successful resolution. I hope mine work out to be just as effective and I get to play the curmudgeon then. :P

8. Yes ...
Especially if can serve as any inspiration that resolutions can, most certainly be kept. ;)

The only resolution that I can yet consider is of a Zen flavor, i.e., the resolution to not make, and to not not make them ... extrapolating that dualistic negation onwards into infinite regress, (delicious with wine and crackers, BTW).

Maybe next year! Ah, but I then digress/progress in ordinary time -- something I have yet to find much more than a belief in, unless evidence is proof, that is.

9. Hahaha I like the way you think
And while you appear to be being present very astutely, such nihilistic anti-resolutions are not very productive, but then again, who says New Years Resolutions need to be productive? :P
