Morbid curiosity is a Human trait. People used to flock to picnics and watch hangings here in the US, and they watched the executions in the old world. Are you implying that all of them were "sickos" who liked to sexually pleasure themselves watching the hangings. What about people who look at traffic accidents, etc? Are they also "sickos"? There seems to be a lot of them, usually when I want to get somewhere in a hurry.

In addition, we don't have the additional forces to put in there.
