Anyone watching Carter on Larry King??
He's so refreshing... Never for the war...thinks Bush & Co. want a permanent force of troops there...thinks the wiretaps are illegal...the Katrina response is still deplorable...Alito could be dangerous... What a great man...just picked the wrong time to be President...

2. He's 81.
He committed the cardinal sin of a politician in the media-age-lack of "star power". Long live Jimmy Carter.

9. he said;
He and Ford have developed an unexpected strong friendship, and Ford is recovering at home.
Rosa and Betty are friends too, mental illness and substance abuse have commonalities.

He likes McCain for the Republican nomination, but doubts the Christian Taliban will allow it.

His son is running for (Senate?) in Nevada, his first entry in politics, Peter didn't like what American was becomming.

(He was exceptionally sharp and very eloquent)
:hi:

7. Jack Carter has his father's voice and way of talking and thinking
Watching them together was very informative about a guy who looks like future senatorial as well as presidential caliber.

Thanks for the tip, I caught the best part!

Bruce
