Report: Saddam Hussein to be buried with sons
TIKRIT, Iraq (CNN) -- Executed former Iraq dictator Saddam Hussein will be buried Sunday in the same cemetery as his sons, the son of a tribal leader said Saturday.

The U.S. military delivered Hussein's body to heads of tribes and the governor of Salahedin hours after Hussein was hanged in Baghdad.

The body was then taken to Hussein's hometown of Tikrit, north of the capital, where members of the Bou Nasser tribe and clerics prayed over it, said a reporter for CNN who saw the body in Tikrit.

5. That one had me stumped, too......
......I thought Saddam was handed over to Iraqi Authorities for execution. So, did they play 'musical bodies' (nasty way to put it but what the hell do you wanna call it?) US gives him over to Iraqis to kill then Iraqis give him back over to US - then US gives him back to Iraqis to bury? :wtf:

2. I read earlier that his body wouldn't be given to his daughter...
and he would be buried in an undisclosed location. That came from a spokesman for Maliki. Now they are coming out with this story. Makes you wonder why they couldn't say that in the first place. Then they say no Americans were at the execution and it was strictly an Iraqi thing and then say the US military delivered his body to Tikrit. Makes you wonder what the truth is and if we are ever told the truth.
