If killing a bad guy makes people feel good it warps peoples distinction of levels of good and bad
Saddam was a bad guy... and is responsible for the deaths of many..... but is that the responsible attitude we want to take on people (who for 90% of all incidents are questionable) who MAY be bad.

2. Is rotting in the Hague less of a punishment than an early exit?
I don't feel for Saddam.... but I feel for us as a country so comfortable to hang someone.
