Ever heard of Mir Aimal Kansi?
He murdered two people outside the headquarters of the CIA in 1993.

He then fled to Pakistan, he was caught in 1997, and he was executed in 2002.

Interesting, one guy shoots some people, he flees to Pakistan, and we catch him in 4 years.

Osama kills 3000 people, he is surrounded by men, he has probably fled to Pakistan (Or pretty close to it), but yet here we are 5 years into the 'war on terror', and we have yet to catch him.

Pretty odd, huh?
