* needs to "do more consultation" before revealing "the plan," and
he says that there is "a need for the Democrats and Republicans to understand the importance of the mission." Did we understand him correctly? Sounds like a "stay the course" kinda statement to me. That criminal sucker is not going to do anything differently than he has planned to do all along and he needs to be called on it.

Never Give Up. If I am not right, I should be!

3. he's gonna "surge" and give "stay the course" a new name, nothing will change
He wants to hold on until he is out of office so he can claim his successor "lost" the war.....

6. Interesting, since he kept insisting that he had a plan all along
Will the press point out that * and the White House have been lying all along about having a plan?

7. The policy will not change - the way it's packaged will.
That's all we need to know. The Bush Administration is in high spin mode, and their objective now is to convince the American people they're doing something different when they're really not. Idiots.

8. Three steps to Bush consultation
1) Verify the words "Stay the Course" are properly encrypted using the Dubya Cypher
2) Make sure all words in the plan are actually words, and not Dubyaspeak
3) Make sure all coloring stayed within the lines
