that Bush testifies with him, like they did with the 9-11 Commission?

8. How Are They Going to Put Cheney Under Oath?
The last time Dick Cheney came in contact with a Bible, this happened.

9. We should expect this to turn into a Constitutional Crisis.
Cheney is never gonna agree to appearing in response to a subpoena. He'd be on the slippery slope of creating an expectation that he'd answer a congressional subpoena.

13. Fitzmas is a bad memory.
Almost as bad as the lack of a challenge to 2004 election fraud in Ohio.

14. I disagree.
Pat Fitzgerald only goes forward when he knows he can get it right. It has been hard to be so patient, I know, but this is big, and I couldn't be more pleased. Maybe there is a God!

19. I believe Fitzgerald is an honest man.
He is taking on an organization that destroys lives. If Cheney actually falls it will only be because it was his time to leave. The timing of these efforts (at least to me) are curious. Appearances are everything.

18. thats not the point at all, his place in this is to show that Libby
was so preoccupied with important stuff that he forgot when he revealed the name of a CIA agent.

Cheney will be interested in getting Scooter out, though I am hoping he'll perjur himself too.

17. So being "super busy" is a defense for being a big fat liar?
"Libby argues that he was so busy with pressing national security crises that he forgot details of those conversations and misspoke about them. Cheney could help the defense establish that Libby was indeed at the center of a maelstrom of pressing security matters."

I hardly think that he would not have the evidence to provide to the Justice Department, thats pathetic. I think that Brewster Jennings had a lot on its plate too when the rug was pulled out from under it. It makes you wonder if he took the investigation seriously at all seeing as they think they have the Justice Department all sewn up.
