Republicans are to corruption as shit is to flies. Corruption doesn't care where it lands and will get a meal anywhere it can. But as a preferred breeding ground, Republicans are best.

3. Someone from the Pittsburgh stations showed Murphy the documents...

...that implicated him with using paid staffers to run his campaign and Murphy literally grabbed the documents from the reporter and claimed that these were private property.

Obviously KDKA put it on the news that night

The last line in the video was the best, referencinganother Pa. politician who is serving a sentence under house arrest for similar things!

6. What sucks about all this.

Murphy's 2006 Democratic opponent Chad Kluko knew about these allegations as early as this past summer and decided to sit on this information, according to the political insiders I know here in Pittsburgh.

This news could have blown Murphy out of the water, considering a Republican state representative from Pittsburgh was just sent to jail for doing the same thing with his staff workers.

Way to go, Kluko, you Republican mole. Kluko billed himself as a successful businessman but could never get more than $10,000 in his coffers.

Criminy, I live in Murphy's district and would've taken him to the woodshed with this allegation along with his pseudo-moderate voting record. Maybe I should run in 2008, if the wife's not afraid for my family's sake.

8. Greeby, oh, I'm sure I want to. The wife doesn't want me to, however.

She knows I won't play nice and is afraid that we'll receive some special attention from Bushco or his goon surrogates as a result. Plus, she doesn't want people investigating our past. While we haven't done anything illegal, she nonetheless doesn't want anyone looking for skeletons in our closets.

Pity. Some of my skeletons are quite entertaining.
