A Macomb County couple claims police stormed in their home, handcuffed them and put pillowcases over their heads, a practice called "hooding," but many questions remain including who exactly the alleged victims are.
The Macomb branch of NAACP issued a press release Tuesday claiming that three "hooding" incidents occurred, but Local 4 reported that the group is not answering any questions, giving names or saying where the incidents took place.

The Rev. D.L. Bradley, said he has heard a tape of a woman saying she was hooded. "It was degrading, the hooding, and the children were paraded in front of them. It was degrading and will have a lasting effect on them," said Bradley.
Law enforcement said sometimes there are cases where hoods are used.

The Detroit office of the FBI confirms it has received the allegations and is looking into possible civil rights violations, Local 4 reported.
