Why Is There A News Blackout On Photos Of The Fake Anthrax Guy?

This past weekend, on the news of his indictment, several papers and websites finally ran a photo of Chad Castagana.
Well, HIS HANDS, anyway.

When in the past has someone with this level of notoriety had their privacy so protected?
Would the corporate media be so timid about publishing photos of a progressive law-breaker or terror suspect?

Langley Air Force Base is near Norfolk.

The CIA is in an area of Northern Virginia near McLean called Langley.

Norfolk is located just upstream from the ocean opening to the Chesapeake Bay. The geography is such that it is a very good natural harbor. Until a ditch was dug across the narrow part of the eastern shore, any foreign navy would have to enter the Chesapeake to get to Washington, DC.

It has to be very deliberate. Like dicksteele was saying, even an old yearbook photo should have been published by now.
And if they could get a photo of his hands, they could have taken a wider shot and gotten a full body photo.
