Military war vs political war (chimp's people searching for good news)
Interesting take on chimp's people trying to get ready for the SOTU...the entries labeled "from the front" are reportedly posted from an official stationed in Iraq.

Report from the Front:

CINC Bush's people have been on our backs night and day for the past two weeks demanding that we produce a major announcement to surprise the public in his State of the Union speech. Obviously we could not report the deaths or captures of OBL or AEZ. The pressure from the WH has been intense, even at this late hour we're still being hammered by visiting Republicans who are coming over in waves asking first: "What have you all got for the president to say in his speech on Tuesday night???" This is not a military war, this is a political war. We're fighting and dying to make the WH look good, we're not fighting to end the war.
