Referred to GWB as "George Bush Jr." at least twice. It gave me a giggle, though I don't know why exactly...

Anything that reminds him of his Dad's relative superiority; anything that might be taken as less than imperial respect which is his due by birthright and edict of God Himself... Poor little, mangled-personality Georgie... It's gotta hurt, being a failed President and a disappointment to Poppie (still/again). Of course, he has the last laugh--the Trillions of dollars he delivered to his wealthy "base" while transferring the receipt for those Trillions to the American People as Debt; the virtual destruction of everything that once made America great and respected in the world. "I showed them who was boss" "heh" "heh" (smirk)...
