Hi, Dennis here.

Thank you for helping me to be re-elected by such a wide margin. And thank you for being part of this long-standing effort that we've had towards peace.

All across this country, the voices of the American people have called out for peace. All across this country, the American people's votes have registered a strong vote of confidence in a process that will take us out of Iraq. We have to now harness this energy. Let's continue to work together to take steps towards organizing this powerful peace movement in this country so that, not only do we get out of Iraq, but we stop the wars of the future.

It is absolutely imperative that this election become the beginning of a renewed effort to create the world that we know is possible. I'm dedicated to working with you, and I also believe that, through our combined efforts, we can not only reshape the direction of Congress but we can reshape the direction of the American government with respect to its relationship in the world.

Thank you. Thank you for caring, thank you for helping me to remain in the Congress, and thank you for the willingness that you have to continue to work together in pursuit of a higher cause, a cause that ennobles our lives, that lifts us up, that enables us to truly change the world.
