And the word from staffers for both Sen. Lautenberg and Sen. Menendez is that they will *not* say anything prior to 4:30.

If I had to bet, I'd say they're both going to vote a resounding NO on cloture, but they're playing it *VERY* close to the chest.

11. Missed Lautenberg's speech

but I caught almost all of Menendez' and I thought he was seriously kicking butt. I'm *VERY* hopeful that they're going with us, and, if so, I plan to fully take credit for it with all my calls and faxes to their offices. :evilgrin:

Regardless, though, this is downright nerve-wracking...
