senator_kohl@kohl.senate.gov - didn't work, I hit reply from something his office sent me but it doesn't work.

Make sure you put your support of the filibuster in the subject line

I put filibuster NOW! followed by my name and city

This works though:
http://kohl.senate.gov/gen_contact.html

It take you to his site with a reply form.

WTF is his problem? Sheesh.

I just called, got right through and the young lady said he hasn't said how he will vote, but she will pass on my message to him...PLEASE SUPPORT THE FILIBUSTER.

CALL HIM!

12. Any DUer living in Wisconsin(?) >>
If you agree, and provide contact info (name/address/zip) we will send a personal lobbyist to Kohl's office today, to speak in your name.

If your Senator appears to be making the only unprincipled, immoral vote -- to oppose BOTH Alito and filibuster -- He needs to be told this in no uncertain terms. This is exactly the kind of thing voters punish candidates for.

If you can be "the client" just PM (or email thedeanpeople@comcast.net ) with your info and we'll do the rest.

14. Called
I'm a constituent - called and asked that Kohl either vote no or abstain on the cloture vote. Very nice staff, said they would make my request quite clear to him. Made sure to thank them.

18. Phew, that was interesting.
I asked for Kohl, got Feinstein's office by mistake. (told her thanks while I had her office anyway). Staffer said she'd transfer me to Kohl, and I ended up in Coleman's office. Staffer transferred me to the main switchboard and I finally got Kohl's office. I asked if the Senator has made a decision yet, and the staffer replied 'He has not released a statement yet.'

The phones were all ringing oddly -- different from all the other times I've called.
I think the switchboard is being WIRETAPPED! lol.

21. Yeah, but, I thought he was going to be in Milwaukee for an event
and so wouldn't be in Washington for the vote. An abstaining vote is a no vote.

Did he forgo his event in Wisconsin to be in Washington?
