I will place the blame where it squarely belongs. On everyone who didn't vote for Senator Kerry. Hey he wasn't my first choice but we all knew what was at stake in the election -the Supreme Court. Senator Kerry's court picks would be a helluva lot better than the chimps any day of the week. Also remember the fact that the Democarts are the minority party theres only so much that they can do. So if Alito gets on the court - God I pray that he doesn't - I am holding those that didn't vote Democrat in the last election responsible for Alito's confirmation.

1. ermm
Lots of people voted for Kerry, but their votes weren't counted.
Also, lots of people tried to vote for Kerry, but they didn't get the
chance because of obstructions at the polls and problems with
voting rolls... all orchestrated by GOP operatives and companies
like Diebold.

And, if Dems fail in their filibuster attempt, I will blame every Dem
who didn't support it.

2. You should blame Diebold, then, not Kerry
Because every single person in America could have voted for Kerry, but the machines still would have skimmed enough off the top to hand BushCo the win. Once you come to grips with this, you'll see it does no good to blame Kerry. Unless you blame him for giving up the fight.

3. I am not blaming Senator Kerry .
I have no doubt that Diebold played a part in the election but at the same time I know people who didn't vote for Kerry that are witching about Alito. Like I said howmany people voted for Nader, or the Liberterian Candidate (can't remember his name)or Republican, or who didn't vote at all and are now screaming at the Dems to do something? Like I said I hold anyone who didn't vote dem responsible.

8. Kerry won the election by 7 million votes-Mark Crispin Miller documents
the theft of the 2004 election in a new book. He was interviewed by Bobby Kennedy Jr on Air American's Ring of Fire show, this past Saturday.

9. And blame anyone who votes for cloture
Those who vote to end the filibuster need to be held accountable.
