My E-mail To Senator Chuck Hagel

Dear Senator Hagel,

I do not live on your state however I have much respect for you as a former republican now liberal democrat.

Sen. Hagel in the past you have spoken out against issues concerning the Bush administration including USA involvement in Iraq and the deception that lead us into that war.

Sen Hagel I am writting you on a matter that is even more concern to the United States that being the nomination of Samual Alito to the Supreme Court. Through my research I believe that Judge Alito views on constitutional law are dangerous to the constitution that this country is rooted in. I have read of cases where Alito has used his own best interest to pass down rulings. My biggest objection to Alito is the UNITARIAN EXECUTIVE issue that has surfaced in the recent Senate Judiciary hearing. We must never let the President especially President Bush have acsess to that.

Sen. Hagel I am asking you to either vote no or help the democrats to support a fillibuster of Alito. We must never allow his type of interpetation of the law step on our inherited liberties.
