haha boortz's predictions now that "professional voters" have won
Some here don't know of him--Neal Boortz is a so-called libertarian radio gasbag HQ'd in Atlanta, with a supposed major following. I hate Boors with every fiber of my being, even more than I do Oxy Limpballs and EVEN more than Pill O'Lielly. He is a whining, pseudointellectual faux-"libertarian" mean-spirited s.o.b. whose overriding obsession in life (besides Hillary Clinton) is to avoid contributing one thin dime to the public treasury, to the common good (which for him presumably does not even exist except as some "bedwetting liberal" "government-schooled" welfare scheme).

Snuck a peek over at his cesspool--yeah, the IP took a hit so yours wouldn't have to--first he says, basically, the Rs had it coming, they got a "well-earned kick in the gut"--govt got too big, those swarms of illegals have gotten huger and beyond anything you can imagine, spending out of control, they were scandal-ridden--gives some lukewarm compliments to the dems--like he knows who he's gonna have to kiss up to now, maybe--but with a few quick knife jabs about the message the elections send to "Islamic jihadists dedicated to the destruction of our culture"--then buried toward the end--aye yi yi:

The largest component of the Democrat voter base is comprised of voters who vote for a living, voters who have abandoned their adult responsibilities and have, to one extent or another, become wards of the state. Democrats will immediately try to expand the American social welfare state. Look for proposals for new tax credits and exemptions .. but only for lower income Americans. Look for increases in the minimum wage ... the government setting wages rather than leaving that up to the competitive free market. Look for proposals to shift payroll taxes away from lower income workers and onto the evil rich. In short ... look for more government.

The government-dependent voting base must be expanded. That will be Democrat job number one.

"Government-dependent voting base"? How much more "government dependent" can you be than Halliburton, KBR, Bechtel and all the rest of the pigs at the trough, with their offshore bank accts, outsourcing, tax breaks, no-bid contracts, subsidies--all those ways to make massive amounts of money just vaporize, thanks to the people they "voted" for? I guess Boors thinks that is just a "free market" thing.

By the way, if you ever hear some know-nothing pushing the so-called Fair Tax Plan, run screaming for your life. Would YOU trust a tax plan pushed by this guy? FOR SOME STRANGE REASON, Boors loooves that sca ... er, "plan"!! If you think you're getting screwed now, let mr. anti-"government school" con you with this one! Not only will you be paying a HIGH percentage of your income in sales taxes (much MUCH higher than Boors McDuck), you can bet you'd get next to nothing back for it in terms of services/benefits. And I don't want to hear some bullshit about rebates every month or some such crap. It would take a massive bureaucracy to send out a check or "credit" or whatever the cockamamie thing is on some regular basis, let alone keep tabs on all the outlets taking in sales taxes. I haven't read it--just knowing who's pushing it settles it for me.

Boortz and many other of his ilk will be back on the 50 watters in remote cornfields, where they all belong.

6. Boortz
is an ass. My Aunt used to callhim on Ring Radio years ago. He was an ass back then and like you said a pseudo intellectual. I actaully called on him when he was a lawyer and I sold for Dictaphone. He was a two bit lawyer. The only reason he went back to radio was that he sucked as a lawyer and couldn't make it in the competitive world. He hides behind the liberterian label but is nothing more than a republican. That is why Bush invited him to the whitehouse. He is also an extreme racist.

7. Totally agree about Boortz
I live in Atlanta and have heard the guy for years - it's inescapable. You always have one co-worker who has the guy blathering on. He's as egotistical as Rush, with just as little reason. These are guys who have failed upward. (just like failed academic Newt - amazing how many of the conservatives fail up. Like failed businessman George W. Bush).
He's a race-baiting, woman-hating misogynist who is smart enough, unlike Allen, to couch his hatred in politically correct double-speak.
Mostly, Boortz is lazy. He makes errors every day. And knows his audience is too uneducated to catch his inaccuracies.
Listen to him for five minutes. You'll hear a dozen fact errors. Flat out fact errors.
The shame is, he's smarter than what you're hearing. He's just coasting. Has been for years. Like Bush, he just won't do his homework.
It's arrogance which is destroying the right.

8. Not as smart as he thinks
I grew up with some really smart people( my friend wrote Milo and Otis the movie) and my other friend is in in every library in the country for advanced readers for 2nd and third graders. Really smart people don't have to tell you how smart they are. Boortz is always telling people how smart he is. he is boorish. By the way I used to work with a women whose mother taught at West georgia with Newt and they all hated him
