A gloomy mood prevails at Republican U.S. Rep. Melissa Hart's campaign headquarters in Wexford as supporters watch returns about a half hour after the polls closed Tuesday in Western Pennsylvania.


Democrat Jason Altmire celebrates his victory over incumbent Melissa Hart with Ken Lloyd, Democratic Chairman of Springdale. Altmire appears(he did) to have thwarted Rep. Hart's bid for a fourth term representing the Fourth Congressional District.
