MSNBC Scarborough: Looks Like Another Record Turnout
Reported that McCaskill's district in MO is projecting 70% turnout!

You can be sure that ain't disillusioned Rs coming out to vote.

Also, very high turnout in Rhode Island which favors Whitehouse over Chaffee.

1. I am excited!
Voted here in MO and was number 377, two years ago I was 178 at the same time of day.

This could be great!

2. Poll workers in my small town said it was the busiest year in memory.
One woman commented that it was busier than in the 2004 election.

5. Super high turnouts in red states
States that went for Bush, is not good in my opinion. We may yet loose MO and VA Senate races based on the super high turnout numbers. Sorry, JMO. Of course I said all along we were going to win 4 or 5 Senate seats.

7. Not necessarily.
Turnout in those states was lower in 2004 than it otherwise would have been because voters felt like they had no chance of making a difference.

6. If St. Louis turnout is 70%, it's over.
Talent can't overcome that elsewhere.

10. Be Careful Of What Joe Says... Just GOTV & Ignore These

I'm not even watching ANY of it! I'm absolutely WORN out with the PUNDITS!!!

They may be right on, but why get too excited or filled with anxiety???
