Still haven't heard definitively if posting those plans and/or they way they were posted -is- treason. Seems to me like it is. And I am certain that if anyone else did something this dangerous they would be arrested immediately. I am thinking there may be some weird loop holes or something that would deflate any indictments for treason. Can Bush hide behind executive privilege? Any Constitutional/Criminal lawyers out there?
