Why all the fuss about Padilla?
Hey...I'm just sayin.

The "you know who" is the police sketch of one "John Doe" given to investigators as the third man in the OK City bombing.

Draw your own conclusions.

2. A quick google says his DOB is Oct. 18th, 1970.

I'd say roughly the same age as McVeigh.

Link: http://www.cnn.com/2004/LAW/06/01/comey.padilla.transcript/

Snip:

"Padilla's application was dated July 24th of 2000 and bears one of his aliases, Abu Abdullah Muhajir (ph). It bears his date of birth, October 18th, 1970. It shows that he is an American citizen; that he speaks Spanish and English and is proficient at Arabic; that he has traveled to Afghanistan, Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Egypt."

On double edit, quick google shows McVeigh as: Date of Birth: 23 April 1968

3. Bottom line is, Padilla CANNOT be allowed to see the light of day.
Period. Too much shit comes flying out if he's allowed to go free.

5. It is actually old
I've had this pic buried on my site for years. It came out right after they caught Padilla. It had life for a while, but like most Bush scandals, no major media ever bothered to look into it.

6. dude was a gang member

Always wondered about the connections between organized crime, drugs and terrorism. If OK City is tied in, then we have another suspicion of mine : the involvement of the far right.

Wiki says he changed the pronunciation of his name away from the traditional Spanish pronunciation.

8. It was "Pah-dee-ya" for the first couple of years
as far as I recall. Only hear "Pah-dill-ah" in the last month or so, from Cabal News. Of course. They got the fax.

9. No fuss, eh?
This didn't get a lot of legs. It fascinates me! The govt. has spent literally millions upon millions of our dollars to make sure this guy never sees the light of day. But WHY? They've let go "Dr. Germ" in Iraq, they've released hundreds of Gitmos losers, but what about Jose Padilla? He still squanders in a hidden cell someplace. WHY?

WHY?

10. You nailed it. The thing you have to extrapolate is, if he's a danger to
some covert operation, they why don't they just kill him? That always confused me.

But that hedging aside, put the guy on trial, because he in entitled to it. Let a jury of his peers decide his innocence or guilt.
