Are the repugs tacitly agreeing that the troops really are "stuck in Iraq?"

Of course, Kerry was saying that Bush got us stuck in Iraq.*

But my question is, shouldn't the Repugs be more outraged by the characterization of being "stuck" in Iraq. They seem to be okay with that. Weird.
