White House adopts new program for policy flexibility in Iraq
The White House has announced its new effort to refine and clarify its changing focus and objectives in the Iraq war. They have adopted what they are calling their "Focus Locating Initiative Program for Future Leaning Operational Policy". The program is intended as a flexible alternative to staying the course. White House spokesman Dan Bartlett had no comment when asked about the program's acronym “FLIP FLOP”
