Otherwise, we will find ourselves sitting between the cactus without any water and without any idea of how to get any. There is no time for joking and lollygagging. It's time to pull this vehicle over for an oil change and a maintenance check.
We cannot gamble for another 200 miles. We don't have the luxury.
