DCCC? A close race? DSCC?

Whats the story with your local close race?

Would prefer a race that is a dead heat.

That race is getting close, and $50 goes a long way since media is so cheap in Montana.

and could really use the cash for GOTV.

17. Then how about in the 10th, Dan Seals
He is great and it would be wonderful to have a good progressive in that district. He is within striking distance of winning that RNC leaning district.

23. You could help out another neighbor and get Indiana's Chocola out
Joe Donnelly is really giving that bastard a run for his money.

And of course, you are right Wisconsin would be much better off if Sensenbrenner was booted.

20. .
Donald Rumsfeld is giving the president his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as the President sits, head in hands.

Finally, the President looks up and asks, "How many is a brazillion?"

11. Lots of choices, but I'll suggest a good one
Check out Diane Benson in Alaska:

http://www.bensonforcongress.com/

Solid progressive, has some momentum, more than held her own in the recent debate, but has been shut out of any DCCC money.

I'm a Georgia voter, so I'm not on a personal soapbox here. Benson is the real thing. Much more info in the Alaska forum, BTW.

16. Charlie Brown? He has a good shot to defeat John Doolittle in a very conservative district.
A close race would be better than giving to a group and hoping it trickles down in time.

27. NY Congressional race, District 20.
Incumbent Republican John Sweeney vs. Democratic challenger Kirsten Gillibrand. John Sweeney has been in office for ages; the local paper said that he could "have the job for life, if he wanted it." He was the architect of the Brooks Bros. riot in Florida in 2000 and supports Bush* 100%. He's also on the list that came out of the most corrupt in Congress in the nation. He is used to running largely unopposed, since this is a red district and the Democrats have never come up with a serious challenger. Guess that they could never see the point. But, this time around, I think that we have a real chance, if only we can wake people up and get the word out. Kirsten Gillibrand is also local, despite what the Sweeney attack ads have said. She's bright, well-informed and well-spoken and she's our one great hope. She has mounted an aggressive campaign, and has a lot of support, but needs all the help she can get. The amazing and wonderful thing is that The Big Dog, himself, has endorsed her and appeared at a campaign event with her, just this morning. But it's still an uphill battle and we need all the help we can get...x(

You could divvy your $50 between these four Dems in tight Senate races, or give it all to one.
