Cheney Water-boarding story is breaking heavily in MSM...
Edited on Thu Oct-26-06 04:34 PM by originalpckelly
right now it has returned 123 results on google news.

That is a lot of stories, and certainly enough to keep the momentum going. I predict the scandal will hit tomorrow or Monday. If the AP puts out a story about this, it will certainly break big in every newspaper around the country.

Here is the original McClatchy paper story about Cheney confirming that the US does water-board people:

4. I have updated the original post now...
I did a google news search to find out how many times the story had been mentioned in the news, the more stories the more likely that this is going to be a big development. And since this is a the VP who did it to himself, no one can call it an October surprise, even though it may change the outcome of the elections.

6. I think the fact that the Financial Times of the UK...
has a story on it, must mean that it got out to everyone in the major news media.

9. Has anyone else besides noticed that when cheney or bu$h
talk about terrorism, everything they talk about apples to this administration? Just substitute bu$h or cheney for the terrorist. Things just fit so well.

11. And We Still Have 11 Days To Go!
10 days ago, I estimated 2 more big GOP scandals before the election. But already we've got Rush Limbaugh's political suicide attempt and now Cheney's.

The productivity of the whackos is simply amazing. I'm upping my bet: two MORE ugly scandals before the election!

12. we should all put "Cheney Water-boarding" into google so it becomes a popular
search term. It will help move this story up.

drag them on that waterboard behind the Queen Mary all the way to the Hague.
