I've been guilty at times of doing the same thing, holding judgement on people's looks from birthright, then I look in the mirror and remember that I didn't choose how I look, I didn't choose the length of my nose, my ears, or my eye color...

and then I begin to recognize the things I can change, my health, my body, my mind...including my own tendency to judge others based soley on physical appearances, and work on changing THOSE things...

and if I can't change those things I try to search deeper in myself and others for a redeeming quality.

To release judgement is to free oneself from the bondage OF that judgement.

Obviously, the easiest way to lash out at her unfair, biased, sneering coverage of Democrats is to poke fun at her weight. It's easy to type something along the lines of "Hey, Crowley looks like she needs to take a 300-pound shit" but that's really missing the point.

What we SHOULD be doing is flooding CNN with complaints about having her - AGAIN - covering Democratic candidates when she's shown in abundance how she's unable to hide her partisan hatred of all things D. Yes, CNN has ignored our complaints in the past, but we still need to express our outrage, freely and often.
