Not surprisingly, "the fallout has been harassment of gay and lesbian bookstores," including the seizure of Bad Attitude, a lesbian-feminist magazine of sexually explicit expression.

Then again, I'm also biologically male, so I don't know if my opinion counts. :P

Sexual expression needs to stop being seen as somehow less fundamental than other forms of expression. It's a huge part of a person's identity, and somehow many people who claim to be concerned with individual liberty have no problem allowing the goverment to control that portion of their identity on the basis of spurious claims and bad "science."
