Pelican Brief/Star Chamber: Plot Outline for My Book.
I'm thinking of writing a book that mixes the "Star Chamber" with "Pelican Brief".

A band of Supreme Court Justice interns and assistants, recognizing an ongoing threat to the US Constitution, murder political strategists and frame the candidates for the murders.

1. Star Chamber was a great movie
and you don't think the SCOTUS does this now?

They not only enforce the laws, they make the laws and determine the laws.
