Correct me if I'm wrong: 'Insurgents' are

Iraqis who oppose the US occupation and are fighting our presence there, fighting our influence upon their society, governemnt, etc. Insurgents are people who want to take their country back.

We (U.S. forces) are fighting them-- to "win". "Winning" then, is the right (or freedom) to occupy their country. If we 'lose', we have to leave Iraq, and the insurgents 'win' their country back.

Huh???? We are killing Iraqi civilians who fight us because they don't want us there? What would Americans do if we were invaded and occupied? Wouldn't we become insurgents, especially if the foreign occupation brought with it a breakdown of order, chaos and ramapnt crime?

I'd like to hear the B*sh admin tell us who these 'insurgents' really are-- they are not al Qaeda. How does it serve our national interest to fight Iraqis who want their country back?

You bet you would fight back. As much as we hate Bushco, we would be very unhappy if say China invaded and killed 7.5 million people, all to save us from the evil decider. Even as a person who hates war and violence, I would be very driven to blowup some chinese butt!!
