Police: Man Exposed Self To 1-Year-Olds At Day Care

A 60-year-old man is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of children, ages 1 to 5 years old, as they played outside of a day care in Daytona Beach, Fla., according to Local 6 News.

Police said several of the children were watching when Joseph Buttner allegedly exposed his genitals outside of the Children's Country Club Daycare Center.

"Daycare workers said they witnessed Joseph Buttner masturbating in front of eight children at the Daytona Beach Daycare Center," Local 6's Tarik Minor said.


Buttner said he was on his way to church and crouching down in some bushes because he had to go to the bathroom.
