Are Just 8 Dems Holding Up a Filibuster of Alito?
Surrender After Surrender, The Dems in the Senate Promised Us
They Were Holding Their Fire Until Someone Like Alito Was Nominated
-- And Then They Would Hold the Line. Did They Lie to Us?
Why Won't Harry Reid Put Pressure on Them to Filibuster?
Because Harry R. Ain't No Harry Truman!!!

3. Facts? At a time like this? Who will they blame if they can't blame Kerry?
Why, they might actually have to blame those who are responsible. Heavens to Betsy, we can't have THAT, now can we.

fillibuster and so doesn't deserve to be portrayed thus. Only one dude in the picture belongs in a tutu.

That is one stupid picture.

7. Ah, and that makes the cartoon more relevant how?
If we're talking about the Senate at the mo'.

So we have one dude who was never in the Senate, one dude who isn't a Senator anymore, one dude who's been pushing for a fillibuster, and a Bush kisser.

It still doesn't apply to the current situation re: the fillibuster.

Even less so now. So why post it?

To anger the transgender folk?

6. First Of All... 'Stupid' Is Spelled With A 'U'... Secondly...
it's a graphic representing a metaphor. And it still works for me.

See???

And... It only takes a few, to drag down the whole party. And brother haven't we seen THAT time and time again!

And I have yet to see\hear, just what would be more important to filibuster than this particular judge. And I wonder further, that if whatever it is, is more important than this... what makes you think they won't nuke the filibuster then???

:shrug::wtf::shrug:

But I still think it's a lousy graphic. And apologies to Dick for not remembering he was in the House, not the Senate.

13. Try and get it right
With pictures of Nelson, Pryor, and Salazar perhaps. There isn't any indication whatsoever that those in your oh so clever graphic are blocking the filibuster.

18. not my picture
it's sort a generic and I thought Willy might like one without the congressman and former Senator...

I do hope they have a vote on the filibuster even if they know they haven't the votes so these will be on record. Seems like folks will want to know years from now as our nation goes further into this death spiral.

BTW, I do know who has caused all this and it ain't the democrats.

5. The Article mentioned a Bob Smith from Oregon...
but the article's facts are wrong. The Oregon Senator in question is Gordon Smith, and he has already said publically that he was voting for Alito.

16. WHAT A BULLSHIT PICTURE - NAME ONE PERSON WHO EFFECTED THIS
nation's history more bravely and more positively than John Kerry.

The ONE guy who says he wants a filibuster and YOU put up that IGNORANT PICTURE?

That's what the leftleaning media and blogs have to offer, when THEY are the ones who get their asses kicked on a DAILY BASIS by the RW message machine.

FUCK THAT!
