Saddam to sue Bush and Blair
AMMAN, Jordan, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Defence lawyers for Saddam Hussein Wednesday distributed copies of a lawsuit against President Bush and Prime Minister Tony Blair for destroying Iraq.

The suit accuses Bush and Blair of committing war crimes by using weapons of mass destruction and internationally-banned weapons including enriched uranium and phosphoric and cluster bombs against unarmed Iraqi civilians, notably in Baghdad, Fallujah, Ramadi, al-Kaem and Anbar.

The Amman-based legal team had said Sunday that the ousted president intended to start legal action against the two leaders of the Iraq war in the International Criminal Court in the Hague, but the text of the suit was made available Wednesday.

1. Well, Bush has now slaughtered tens of thousands of people
(100,000 in the initial bombing alone, according to the British doctors' report), and has tortured thouands, as well as disappearing anonymous prisoners into torture dungeons in eastern Europe and elsewhere; and has completely illegally invaded another country, and occupied it--two other countries, actually--not to mention the current killings and bombings on the Syrian and Iran borders with Iraq, and has destroyed our democracy with Bushite-controlled electronic voting and othe fascist activities. So what is the difference, any more, between Saddam Hussein and George Bush?

There isn't any. And--adding up the bodies and the scale of his crimes--you'd have to say Bush is worse.

It's no exactly a defense of Saddam, but he certainly has a point.

2. Yep
I wonder how this will go. Will Bush and Blair have to go to some court or what will happen? How will this work?
