Imagine a Democratic president who met with, say, Keith Olbermann...
and Alec Baldwin, Mike Malloy, Arianna Huffington, George Soros, Sean Penn, Natalie Portman, Janeane Garofolo, Randi Rhodes, Bill Maher, Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart, etc. (And, while these folks are terrific, not one of them currently has the audience access of the hate-radio, cable-nooze crowd.) As White House aides ushered the influential liberals in, the Democratic president quipped, "I just wanted to make sure my friends are friendly."

Then imagine that Faux Nooze ran a pic of the whole crew sitting around, and ran the story that the Democratic president had these message-friendly folks over for a White House visit on the taxpayers dollar.

Can you feature the MAJOR sh**-storm that would be kicked up by the "liberal" :sarcasm: media???????

For reference, they'd be seated something like this: :grr:

1. I had the same thought when I saw that pix earlier
The collusion between the Murdocrats and this WH is brazen and shameless. Silence from elsewhere suggests that it's business as usual. A real WTF moment.

3. Medved is so uptight it'd take a tractor to pull a needle from his a**!
He may resonate the least with the blue-collar crowd, but he is probably one of the worst right-wing toadies of this crew. Ugh.

4. LOL!
OMG, I was getting all stirred up with indignation when I saw the OP and the picture and then I read you comment about Medved, the needle and the tractor...
It's hard to be too outraged when you're cracking up, but imagine if Clinton had even invited one of these CONservatives to the WH; they would accuse him of manipulating the press. If it had ben Al Franken, every commentator on Faux's lineup would have cranial explosions!

This is so wrong. And so offensively flaunting the fact that he's Media bulletproof to liberals.

7. There was a media shitstorm directed at Wes Clark
because he was on a stage with Michael Moore, and dared to say that he respected Moore's right to say that * was AWOL.

There is definitely a double standard, and all of our Dems need to begin calling the Repugs and the media on it.
