He was asked about those "secret prisons" today, a few times, and after lots of waffling finally stated that they WERE emptied as GW said but could not comment on their current status and what "might have happened in the last 2 hours " (since the torture bill was signed).

Gave me the willies, bigtime. What do y'all think THAT means?
