Disgraced former Representative Mark Foley was spotted by an eagle-eyed blogger — in Austin, Texas, naturally.

The alleged attempted page-fucker was enjoying the Americana-tinged power-pop of alt-country act the Old 97’s, though there’s no word on whether the “closet drinker” imbibed any alcohol.

Wonkette readers have known for some time that Foley’s “rehab” line was a fabrication.

...that Wonkette still has this up. There has been enough uncertainty here at DU as to whether or not that is actually Foley (I vote NOT) that I would imagine there'd be enough uncertainty on her end to take that photo down lest some innocent guy finds his picture on the internet.

Look at the nose on this guy and the waddle under the chin. It's not Foley.
