Death of Habeas Corpus
Democracy is dead. Freedom has fled. Why dont we give them reason, legitimate reason, for getting rid of Habeas Corpus, if there has ever been a reason for an uprising, for the people to march hand-in-hand to Washington, no is it. The media NEEDS to cover this, no matter what, flood them with emails. We have to fight this, it is far too important. nonviolent action is needed, now.

This act would not "break" a conflicting provision of Article 3...it would repeal it - at least under U.S. law.

However, international law is a whole different animal. I'm sure that the Conventions do not allow domestic legislation to supercede them.
