The Military Commissions Act of 2006 - And Signing Statement?
Now that shrub has signed The Military Commissions Act of 2006, do the people get to see the attached signing statement too?
I can just imagine the signing statement going on that even if this bill has been passed and signed, it does not affect the way shrub and Co interpret the Constitution. Talk about having it all your way and still losing?!
