In other words have our government say to theirs, in five months we're out of this shit hole, get your act together or it'll cost you your life. We don't make it public, and hell we don't even tell people we have a date for withdrawal, but secretly we tell them to clean up the mess.

Terrorists don't even have a clue about how long to ride it out, and the Iraqis get their collective asses in gear. Good idea?

1. Even better idea: lie to the Iraqis and tell them that they have set a

timeline themselves and are getting ready to implement it and to send a multi-sectarian/ethnic Grand Council for Reconciliation and National Salvation to Budapest or wherever to meet for the next 90 days to talk over all the issues, including disarming the militias, reorganization of the national armed forces, oil wealth sharing, and the formation of a federal republic, with four provinces, Arbil, Basra, Baghdad and Samarra with guaranteed constitutional secular government and justice, freedom of press and religion and expression, etc.

List the peeps who are the chairs of each delegation who are eagerly anticipating their voyage to Europe....
