So what are bush's poll numbers?
Haven't heard a thing in weeks. All of a sudden we never hear about his sinking numbers or the raising death toll and violence in Iraq. Is Iraq in a full blown civil war?

Maybe they think if we don't talk about it it will go away. I'll bet the media have orders from the White House not to tell the public that our President's poll numbers are in the 20's in a time of war. Not good for our image. I also guess if they don't admit that Iraq is in a full blown civil war that we won't have to plan or deal with that fact/problem. Right now we're too busy disarming North Korea.

3. falling like a rock again--even Gallup has him down two points
at 37% other polls have him as low as 33% again.

7. Bush's poll numbers are irrelevant
When the rethug goes into the poll to vote, He's not asking himself how popular bush is or isn't.

He's asking himself which congressman on the ballot will best represents me in DC that reflects my values.

Have the democratic party done a good enough job of telling the american citizen what values their representative on the ballot have besides being anti-bush?

I hesitate to answer that question, because I may not like the answer.
